Jacob Cardinal Tremblay, an undergraduate student in Physics and Astronomy at WVU, was recently awarded the 2019-2020 Ratna and Vaman Naik Endowed Physics Scholarship.  The scholarship is awarded to students who display excellence in academic merit.

Jacob’s research focuses on pulsars including searching for new pulsars, analyzing specific pulsar properties and developing new code to work for their data. Data for Jacob’s research comes from the Arecibo Observatory Drift Scan, the CHIME Radio Telescope, and the Greenback Observatory.
